We’re here to help
Email us and a person reads it. There’s no ticket system and no contact form — just a mailbox.
We reply as soon as we can, usually within a few business days. Writing in English or Spanish is equally fine.
Binder Gallery is not out yet. The iPhone app is planned for December 2026, with Android to follow. The answers below describe how the app works at launch, and this mailbox is already open if you want to ask something now.
Common questions
How do I restore my Binder Gallery Pro purchase?
Pro is a one-time purchase tied to the store account that bought it, so it comes back on a new phone at no extra cost.
- Check that the phone is signed in to the same Apple Account (or Google account) you used to buy Pro.
- In the app, open Settings → Binder Gallery Pro.
- Tap Restore purchases.
If Pro still doesn’t appear, email us and attach the receipt from Apple or Google so we can look into it.
How do I delete my account and my data?
In the app, open Profile → Delete account. That deletes the cloud copy of your collection and the account itself.
If you never created an account, nothing of yours is on our servers in the first place — your collection lives only on your phone, and deleting the app removes it.
You can also email support@bindergallery.art from the address on the account and we’ll delete it for you.
The scanner doesn’t recognise one of my cards.
The scanner reads the printed name and the card number, so those have to be legible to the camera. What usually fixes it:
- Even, indirect light — no flash glare and no hard shadow across the card.
- Card flat on a surface, filling most of the frame, edges inside the guide.
- Out of the sleeve or toploader if it reflects.
- The corner with the card number kept visible, not covered by a finger.
You can always add a card by hand through the Pokédex search instead. If one specific card never scans, send us the set and the card number and we’ll check it.
One of my cards shows no price.
Prices in Binder Gallery are estimates from third-party sources, not our own valuations, and some cards simply have no recent data to estimate from — unusual variants, some languages, and very new or very obscure cards especially.
Worth trying:
- Confirm the currency selected in Settings (MXN, USD or EUR).
- Confirm the variant you picked matches the card in your hand.
- Come back later — pricing data refreshes periodically.
Please don’t treat a price in the app as an offer or a guaranteed value. It’s a reference point for your own research.
How do I change the language?
The app follows your phone’s language setting.
- iPhone: Settings → Binder Gallery → Language.
- Android: Settings → System → Languages, or the per-app language setting where your Android version offers it.
On this website, use the EN / ES switch at the top of any page.
Privacy and terms
What the app stores, what leaves your phone and what doesn’t is written out in the privacy policy. The terms of use cover Pro, price estimates and liability.
